Raffle winner Matthew Morrow stands with friend James Andrade and Rotarians Gary Fulcher, Leander Hauri and Steve Zuk after claiming his prize from the Lamorinda Sunrise Rotary, a completely rebuilt 1963 Glasspar motorboat with an estimated value of $25,000, including a $2500 trailer.
