Three Orinda teens earn $500 writing awards named for local sci-fi legend Poul Anderson

    Three young Orindans were awarded $500 each for their entries in the Poul Anderson Creative Writing Contest, named in honor of the late award-winning science fiction writer who lived in Orinda.
    Olicia Falk, Antong Cao and Josslyn Grover were the three winners of the contest, which was sponsored by the Friends of the Orinda Library. Honorable mentions were Abigail Kim, Emma Wong, Adria Esopa, Livia Segall and Rory Gaarder-Wang.
