The key to becoming fit is to enjoy the process and
appreciate any result; results could be as simple as feeling happier and more energetic to completing a half marathon in record time, or losing inches. Find a way to enjoy it…and you will reach your goal.  Once you decide to become fit you have to force a routine for four weeks.
