The scale is useless and will keep you from “Getting Back in Shape.”
Without a good way to measure your success, you will likely not be motivated to continue your efforts. It is too hard to tell if anything is happening. Body Fat Measurements are the best way.
You need an eating plan that works and is sustainable for life.
Movement stops being exercise once your body gets used to it.
The good news is that most people can become MORE fit, regardless of their age or condition.
