Tickets are now on sale for the popular Mixology fundraiser. Held by the Lamorinda Arts Council, the Art of Mixology craft cocktail competition takes place Oct. 13 from 4:30 – 7 p.m. at Orinda’s Theatre Square. With an anticipated crowd of 300-400 attendees, the event will host over 20 bartenders creating craft cocktails and competing for the Mixologist of the Year award.
Participants can sample over 20 craft cocktails, enjoy finger foods and receive a souvenir shot glass. In addition, they will vote for their favorite drink as bartenders compete for cash and prizes. Advance tickets are $45 with tickets at the “door” purchased for $55. Results benefit the various community arts programs sponsored by Lamorinda Arts Council.
