Eat to Lose Fat

    Dieting and Fasting can result in some weight loss (fat and muscle) over the short term.
    However not eating slows your metabolism down….making it very difficult to lose any more weight in the future.
    In this scenario, we gain fat weight that we cannot lose, no matter how well we eat.
    It is eating…not dieting or fasting that will help you lose fat and keep it off.
