Best Fitness Results... Eating or Exercise?

    Think of eating as an extension of your workout. If you do both well, you will obtain double the results. You will build muscle and burn fat in the short-term and increase your metabolism in the long-term.
    Paying attention to how much better you feel each time you do both will encourage a habit that will make you fit and keep you fit for life.
