Take Your Fitness to the Next Level

    There is a direct correlation between increased fitness and immunity. We can become more fit by systematically taking our workout to the next level. Increase the INTENSITY, DURATION or BOTH. If you are able to walk a mile in 30 minutes, try to walk it in 28 minutes.
    Systematically increase the intensity or duration of what you are doing over time. This is how you build up your fitness and your immunity. This applies to all workouts.
