To Be In Great Shape…Follow these Eating Tips

    Eat small meals/snacks throughout the day and keep your activity level high to burn off a lot of what you are eating.
    Focus on less fat and more protein.
    Limit complex carbohydrates.
    Limit or eliminate alcohol
    Protein is a priority and fruits and vegetables are necessary for nutrition. Both of these have fiber and will keep you from hunger and cravings as well.
