Support World Oceans Day June 8

    Artist Sydney Chaney-Thomas, pictured above, loves painting the ocean and sailboats. Her 36” x 36” oil painting Lighthouse and Sailboat was featured in the Library Gallery in May. She invites people to join her in supporting World Oceans Day on June 8, a day for humanity to celebrate the ocean. The annual event is sponsored by the United Nations and other worldwide environmental organizations.
