Aida Glimme, superintendent of Orinda Union School District (OUSD), along with OUSD Board members, District and Sleepy Hollow administration and the construction contractors broke ground in a ceremony Feb. 14 at Sleepy Hollow Elementary in Orinda. After a lengthy planning and design period, construction begins on the Sleepy Hollow Multi Purpose Room, a project funded by Bond Measures E and I.
