Lafayette Nursery School’s 45th Annual Science Day of Discovery

    Slated for Saturday, May 7 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m., children, preschool through third grade, from schools in Orinda, Lafayette and surrounding areas, are invited to participate in this event where they can make a volcano explode, shoot a rocket, make slime, dig for dinosaur bones and test their senses. These are just a few of the many hands-on activities at this Annual Science Day of Discovery. It’s a great experience for the entire family. Cost is $5 per child, and proceeds will be donated to a local math or science-based charity. Held at the Lafayette Nursery School, 979 First Street, Lafayette.
