Families pick up trash at the play structure in the Community Center Park.
On April 27, Orinda residents once again turned out in force to help beautify their city by cleaning up trash, pulling weeds, painting curbs and much more. In addition, local nonprofits had tables full of information as part of the Volunteer Fair. The fair and Action Day registration took place in the Library Plaza with participants then fanning out to all parts of Orinda in their bright t-shirts to take on a wide variety of projects. Everyone returned for pizza at noon.
