Mayor Inga Miller gave a State of the City address on March 1 at a luncheon held at the Orinda Community Center, hosted by the Rotary Club of Orinda. Here, with club President Rodney Lal, Miller’s speech focused on Orinda community issues, such as the recently adopted Sixth Cycle of the Housing Element, the Downtown Precise Plan, affordable housing, wildfire prevention and more. She and City Manager, David Biggs, fielded questions from attendees after the PowerPoint presentation.
