“Oliver is everything a Yorkie should be and more. He’s smart, playful, stubborn and cuddly,” said Eloise Sotelo. “He loves other dogs, especially grumpy Chihuahuas and pit bulls and is tender and engaging with shy dogs. Having him as part of our family is everything.”
