Orinda families will celebrate Halloween at the third annual Orinda Parks & Recreation Trunk & Treat event on Oct. 22 from 4:30 to 6:45 p.m. at 26 Orinda Way, at the Orinda Library Parking Garage and Plaza. The event features creatively decorated vehicle trunks, costumes and treats for children. Above, spirited youth from the East Bay Eclipse Soccer Club represent their team at last year’s event.
